Terms And Conditions
It is the mission of Visual Marketing Solutions, Inc. (VMS) to produce
and deliver quality products within a specified delivery time.

RETURN POLICY
As each shipment is custom made to order, our policy is not to accept
returns due to conditions beyond our control. All sales are final. If a
product is defective or damaged in shipping, VMS needs to be
contacted immediately via email and an RMA number will be issued
for the return. No returns are accepted without an RMA number.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a package is delivered which
you feel was damaged due to improper handling by the carrier, we
ask that you let us know so that we may properly process damage
claims with the carrier. If an item is missing from your order, please let
us know immediately so we can remedy the situation.
CERTAIN ITEMS WE OFFER CARRY THEIR OWN SPECIFIC
WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICIES WHICH DIFFER FROM THE
POLICIES ABOVE. ALL SUCH ITEMS WILL BEAR A LINK TO
WARRANTY/RETURN INFORMATION ON THE PRODUCT
DESCRIPTION PAGE FOR THAT ITEM.

BACKORDERS
Some items are shipped from various distribution centers and your
order may be shipped in multiple packages on different days. You will
not be charged additional shipping charges for multiple shipments.
Backordered items will ship as soon as possible. You will be e-mailed
if there is an extended delay in our ability to ship an item and you will
be given a choice to cancel the backordered items or continue waiting
for them to be available.
